One of our favorite things to do is to go downtown on Saturday and watch groups of people, art students, school kids, etc drawing their chalk squares and catch the street performances. The chalk squares are stunning. You can catch the CircusSPARK folks

This is a fun family-friendly event and a great way to spend the day in downtown Raleigh!
