Sneak Peek at Downtown Living in Raleigh

A couple weeks ago I was invited to come and tour the new Lincoln apartments in downtown Raleigh. The Lincoln apartments offer brand new luxury apartment living, located in the up and coming neighborhood near Moore Square on East Hargett Street. The Lincoln is a 224-unit residential apartment community located conveniently close to downtown Raleigh restaurants, bars, shopping, museums, parks and more. The area is quickly growing and continually evolving and it will be exciting to live in a location like this as many new opportunities continue to expand in this part of the city.

Several modern features make these apartments stand out. These include great outdoor amenities such as a pool area with sundeck. There's also an outdoor fireplace and TV to enjoy during Fall's cooler weather outside. BBQ grilling stations are ready to use and convenient and easy to cook dinner with friends.

In the parking garage, hidden nicely from the road are electric car charging stations and a nice size room for storing bicycles securely and making repairs. For dog owners, there's also a pet spa for bathing your dog before heading up to your apartment! You are provided one free parking spot per bedroom. A fitness and yoga studio includes state of the art workout equipment, Life Fitness products and TRX machines and views to the city while you are working out.

You can enjoy other amenities such as a club room with a kitchen, pool table and more. Trash and recycling are conveniently located on each floor. You can even grab a coffee from the coffee bar when you are heading out to work!

The Lincoln apartments offer studio, one and two-bedroom spaces as well as lofts and townhouses. The apartments are modern with nice natural light, city views, wood style floors, built in bookshelves, walk in closets and stainless steel appliances. There's even a slat wall for storing your bike on the wall (not available in all apartments). The layouts of the apartments have a nice flow and feel larger then they actually are with high ceilings.

The Lincoln's Grand opening is September 10 but if you are interested, tenants are moving in already! If you would like to apply or get more information, click here.

The Lincoln Apartments is calling all animal lovers to help raise money for Cause for Paws of NC, as part of its grand opening ribbon cutting on September 10 at 11 a.m. Participants of “Tag, You’re It, Lunchtime at The Lincoln” will line the block of the new apartment community located at 408 E. Hargett Street in Raleigh to participate in a photo relay.

The Lincoln will donate $5 to Cause for Paws of NC for each person, up to 300 people, who joins the relay that will start at the main entrance and move around the block. By simply snapping a photo of the person to the left, sharing it on any social media channel and tagging #TheLincolnRaleigh and #CauseforPawsNC, participants can help Triangle dogs and cats who need homes.

The festivities will begin at 11 a.m. when a Cause for Paws of NC canine representative assists with the ribbon cutting to officially welcome The Lincoln to downtown Raleigh. Tours of The Lincoln will be available, and lunch will be provided to the participants of the photo relay. For more information on taking part in the photo relay, send an email to js@clairemontcommunications.com.
